| First we run a diagnosis before executing any data recovery. During the course of the diagnosis we determine the exact extent of damage and the necessary steps we need to take in order to reconstruct the data for you. |

Diagnosis usually takes between 4 - 24 hours. After this time you will know what the status is and what the cost will be to reconstruct your data. Our technicians try to get a listing of the data that can be reconstructed during the course of the first investigation.
There is no long waiting period nor extra charges for you. You pay a flat rate for the diagnosis. We require pre-payment for the diagnosis.

We raise the diagnosis fee only on weekends, Sundays and holidays. The actual reconstruction costs do not increase on weekends, Sundays or holidays. There are no costs added to the recovery fees!
